Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital’s Long Term Care welcomes you to visit its newly remodeled facility offering a neighborhood approach to residential living. We are a small but caring 37 bed intermediate care facility. Private and semiprivate rooms are available. Residents include those requiring short-term nursing care and rehabilitation and those who are especially frail and require long-term nursing care. The residents' individual needs are always respected. The LTCU is connected to the hospital, where emergency care is available around the clock. |

Social Activities are an important part of living, and that doesn't change when you come to live with us. We offer individual and group activities seven days a week, and weekly church service. We can even provide accommodations for private dining and family events. |

All meals are prepared on site by our dietary staff. We offer three fresh and nutritious meals each day as well as evening snacks for residents. A snack cart is available through-out the day for residents and family to enjoy. Selective menus and buffet dining is now available at for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. |
